our tandoors are equipped with a front panel concealing gas assembly. The main burner is accompanied with a pilot for auto ignition. Control valves on the front panel are provided to control gas intensity. 8mm thick perforated m. S. Baffle plates with stand are placed on the burners. The baffle plates are designed in a manner to hold lava stones on it. This enables the flame to directly hit the stones through perforation and generate authentic clay flavor inside the oven. The baffle plates also helps in deflecting heat evenly inside the clay oven. The operator does not view the flame directly and he is safe enough to operate. A flexible 8-ft. S.s. Pipe is provided with a pressure regulator to control the pressure of the flame and a nozzle to attach it to nearby gas bank.
