The group Auro is engaged in designing and manufacturing the Rotary Economizer ROTA 2008 for Automatic Spraying machines, Area Measuring Machine, from scratch with the aim of an ideal machine where all the functions are neatly integrated in a wholesome system and where the frustrating problem of short measurements due to dead cells would be done with, forever.

Auroelectronics was founded in 1972 by (late) Mr. André Viozat, a French citizen who made India his home. Through his enduring leadership and dedication, Auroelectronics continues to command a 45 years reputation in the Indian subcontinent with more than 80% market share in finishing equipments for the Leather Industry. Ms.Chandrika Krishnan, his wife, and their daughter, Mrs.Savitri Viozat who is a French and American citizen, continue to steer Auroelectronics upward with the same passion and stamina.
Auroelectronics is the senior-most Industry in the Thattanchavadi Industrial Estate, Puducherry (Pondicherry), India and is ideally located about 2 kilometers away from Pondicherry Airport and about 140 kilometers away from Chennai International Airport.
All business operations namely, research and development, designing, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales, quality testing before dispatch as well as the preparation of all the site operations (erection, start-up, after-sales service) take place in situ.
Auroelectronics performs rigorous research & development to develop world class leather machinery such as the Electronic Area measuring Machine and follows European standards. The already famous ELSAM 2000 Electronic Area measuring Machine and Compuspray automatic computerized leather spraying plant are still undergoing continuous changes towards perfection.
