each set comprises of 1 drive unit and 1 idler unit.
the wheel brackets are precisely & accurately machined on boring machines.construction of the fscr rotator base frame is similar to that of manual type rotators. only the wheel mounting brackets slides on the bed through lh & rh lead screw. the lead screw is rotated manually through ms handle. the roller brackets move simultaneously towards each other or away from each other.
in drive unit both the wheels are individually driven by separate ac motor and gearbox which is synchronized & driven by vfd ac drive.
