| • BITTER+PLUS is a special Anti-Rodent formulation produced using a proprietary compounding technology developed by our technocrats. It has a proven non-toxic additives & special carrier resin to make it compatible with large varieties of polymer like PVC, LDPE, PP, PE, XLPE, HIPS, ABS etc. • BITTER+PLUS is a non-toxic but extremely pungent tasting material. It causes a spontaneous foul reaction in the rodents when they try to bite/chew the cables/pipes containing the said additives & therefore the rodent leaves the cable/pipe immediately without damaging it. • The recommended dosage of BITTER+PLUS Universal Master Batch is 0.8-1% in the final product, depending upon product dimension, service condition & life. | ||
| Processing Temperatures ; | ||
The product is formulated in such a way that it mixes uniformly with the base polymer at their processing temperature. No change in processing condition is required for handling the BITTER+PLUS. For the convenience of the customers it is being supplied in free flow pellets form so that it can be blended easily with the base polymer using common blending/mixing tools used in the plastic industry. However, it is advisable to avoid high-speed mixer. As the dosage of BITTER+PLUS is very little, it does not affect the mechanical/chemical or electrical properties of the finished product. |
