protex apc 100 : this is a low cost general purpose insulating and mildly exothermic riser topping compound. This product is ideally suited for application on risersfeeders encountered in general engineering castings, where cost control on inputs is a paramount importance. the product is used for risers above 100 mm.
protex apc 200 : this is a premium product which is exothermic and highly insulating in nature. this product expands upon application, and produces a very high degree of insulation. The application rate of this product is 50% of the conventional topping compounds. the product is ideally suited for application on risers encountered in premium quality castings.
