    Maintaining Fire Hydrant System as per IS: 13039 (IS Code for External Hydrant System – Provision and Maintenance – Code of Practice) and TAC Norms.
    Our scope of work includes following minimum…
    We will depute a team to carry out the following checks.
    Checking, Priming, starting and flow test of the fire pumps.
    All Fire fighting equipments like Hydrant valves, Hose reels, hose pipes, Branch Pipes, Sprinkler will be checked time to time.
    Replacement of ringspackingwashers of valves and piping is to be done as and when required.
    No extra charges for painting work, only cost of the paint will be required to be paid.
    Oiling and greasing of pumps bearing is to be done before starting the fire pumps
    Overhauling of pump is to be done as and when required.
    Oiling and greasing of monitors bearing is to be done every time before starting the system
    Any valve repairreplacement is to be done at extra cost as and when required.
    We shall undertake to train your security personnel for the usage of fire pumps and hydrant system and its operation while carrying out the above operations
    Whenever any of the systemsparts is found defectiveinoperative we shall bring it to your notice with our lowest quotation for the repairreplacement of parts etc.
    We will maintain a service logbook wherein all the data related to the visit and services provided by our service persons will be maintained.
    Any modification or repair in piping will be done on chargeable basis.
    Any civil work will be done on chargeable basis.
    We will depute a person who will attend to any problem within 24-48 hours.
    All NOC Renewal related charges would be born by the client.
    The rates specified below are for single Tower with single riser.
