No country in the world produces as many varieties of food as India. According to a much approved theory, a wholesome meal must have 6 different flavors. Such as Sweet, salty, bitter, sour, astringent and spicy. In fact, all our meals are prepared with the right blend of aforementioned flavors.
Especially, our full meals plan include: Rice, Parupu Podi, Sambar, Vatha Kulambu, Rasam, Thayir. More, Kesari, Appalam, Potato Fry, Aviyal, Vazhakka Puttu. As well as, Avial, Carrot Beans Poriyal, Sena Kelangu, Pickle, Banana and Paayasam. In fact, all these incredible dishes are served on a fresh Banana leaf as shown in figure.
In order to, the principle of starting with Sambar and Finishing with Paayasam has tremendous medical benefits. As Sambar goes well with spicy kootu at first. Paayasam is the delightful dessert which also aids in digestion.
