AMC Services

Nucon Equipments is a high-flying Service Provider of AMC Services in Uttarakhand, India. AMC means Annual maintenance contract, in this plan we will make a yearly agreement between client and ourselves. In this agreement client will pay once for yearly maintenance of his machine. Spare parts and consumables will be charged extra. Our AMC Services can also be modified according to client’s requirements. Moreover, our AMC Services are cost efficient and reliable. Some terms & conditions of AMC plan as follows -

In annual maintenance contract :

• We are responsible to provide on time maintenance of machine.
• We will provide periodically maintenance to reduce break down in machine.
• Our service engineers will attend the problem of your machine within 04 working hour after receiving the call.
• Minimum contract will be for period of twelve calendar months.
• If unfortunately their will be any major breakdown in machine that needs more than three days to rectify then, one standby machine will be provided by us at our own cost to stop your work loss.
• All types of consumables, spare parts required to maintain machine will be charged extra or arranged by you.
• All electronic board if required to repair, will be charged extra.
• We are not responsible for any forcefully damage in machine by operator’s mishandling, fire, damage by rats etc. or any other it will charge extra.
• 100% payment will be made by cheque, draft or NEFT in favor of M/s

Nucon Equipments within 15 days of submission of bill as follows :

• One year maintenance contract Rs. 12000/=
• Two year maintenance contract Rs. 18000/= (25% less)
• Three year maintenance contract Rs. 21600/= (40% less)
• Term AMC stands for Annual Maintenance Contract (Only service charge all spare parts and consumables will be charged extra).

Note :

• Taxes applicable will be charged extra.
• During contract charges/price are not changeable.
• This charge applicable on maximum 3, 00,000 copies in one year on one machine only.
• Extra copies in a year will be charges @ 20 paisa per copy extra as maintenance charge.
