Aluminum tubes contain pulpy substances that are gel based, water based, cream based etc. These substances are mostly medicinal products and cosmetics or tooth pastes. These aluminum tubes are manufactured in specialized units where sheets of aluminum are polished and put into preset containers that turn these aluminum sheets to cylindrical forms. One the process of forming cylinders is over; the aluminum sheet hardens because of the high temperatures under which it is manufactured. These cylindrical tubes are then cut according to the requirement and weight of its content. These specific machines send these cylindrical structures to another set of machines that make threaded lines on one end of the tube that is meant to screw caps on them. The other ends are usually sealed off or are folded in such manner that keeps the contents sealed and do not allow any substance to leak out and prevents contamination. This process is called hermetical sealing.
