We have expanded our production unit and installed cutting edge technology machineries to manufacture
Aluminum Pressure Die Castings. With this, we have augmented our range of Die Casting and are competent to offer complete range of Aluminum Pressure Die Castings. We have installed brand new 120T, 180T and 260T Pressure Die Castings machines, which has multiplied our production capacity. Currently, there is 80% spare capacity available for HPDC castings. We have also installed a TUMBLAST type Shot Blasting Machine. With a Genset Back up of 25 KVA & 125KVA to support all machines including pressure die casting machines, we can cater huge orders for Aluminum Pressure Die Castings, in minimum possible time.

• 180T High pressure Die Casting Machine with MITSUBISHI PLC, 180 Tonnes Locking Force, Max Shot Capacity 2.4 kg Tie Bar Dia 80mmm, Distance between tie bars 450x480, Die Opening Stroke 350mm. Ejector Stroke 85 mm
• 260T High pressure Die Casting Machine with MITSUBISHI PLC, 260 Tonnes Locking Force, Max Shot Capacity 3.2 kg Tie Bar Dia 100mm, Distance between tie bars 520X520 Die Opening Stroke 400mm Ejector Stroke 100 mm.
• Two Stage Oil Fired Melting cum Holding Furnace – Capacity 150 kg. With Digital Temperature - 5 UNITS for GDC as well as HPDC
• Scelnar Type Melting & Alloying Furnace – Capable of Producing Alloys in house and capable of feeding both above furnaces, Batch Capacity 150 kg. every hour– 1 UNIT
• 3 Way Hydraulic Die Operating Machine – Capacity 2 Tonnes– platen Size 325 X 275 mm, Max Die block size 500 X 500 mm, Die Block Weight 100 kg each. (Electrically Actuated) with 2 HP hydraulic Power Pack – 2 MACHINES
• 2 Way Hydraulic Die Operating Machine – Capacity 2 Tonnes– platen Size 325 X 275 mm, Max Die block size 500 X 500 mm, Die Block Weight 100 kg each. (Electrically Actuated) with 3 HP hydraulic Power Pack – 2 MACHINES
• TUMBLAST Type Shot Blasting Machine- 700X700mm with dust collector.
• Mechanised Fettling Shop – Consisting of vertical Band Saws, Abrasive Belt Grinding Machines, Abrasive Disk Grinding machines. Total 6 Machines
• In-house Tool Room with Turret Ram Type Milling Machine of ARGO (Taiwan) make, retrofitted Digital Readout System of 0.005 mm resolution, complete with accessories necessary for tool & die making. 1 MACHINE
• Access to Spectro Analysis at Menon Pistons, Access to Physical Test facility at FIE RESEARCH INSTITUTE locally, Access to 3D CMM within 500 meters from factory.
