We offer aluminum dross and scrap recycling furnace that has the most flexible design. It is best for recycling scrap as its design allows all kinds of scrap to be recycled with ease. Results that are achieved are efficient. The design of the furnace allows unobstructed access inside. This is because of its large lifting door. Heating chamber is accessed and material charging dross and alloy is put into it.

The furnace design is titled and it is hydraulically operated. It has two hydraulic cylinders that are present at the opposite side of it. The main door of the furnace is operated hydraulically as well. The burners of the furnace are positioned in opposite way and they help exhaust gas duct. Positioning of sprout can be done as well. Optimization of the path of the hot gas along with long residence time in the heating chamber is gained.

The burner size of the furnace is maintained keeping in view the need of operation that may involve heating, alloying or holding. Roof and bath temperature are modified to keep this burner size according to needs. Furnace’s monolithic wall construction and refractory circle are lined with castables that have non-wetting features in them. The flat roof it eh furnace is fabricated with steel sections that helps add strength to the compository lining. Durability and thermal property of the steel section is very good. Scrap types that can be treated include engine blocks, white dross, oil rolling of mill scrap and black dross.
