The design comprises of electrical, mechanical & thermal parameters base on customer specification ISO 9001IEC StandardBSIS Standards.The core is 3 Phase ,Three limb, Five limb or seven limbs, Core duct is provided to limit core Hot Spot.
HI-Blaser inscribed sheet steel is choosen as per requirement. Boltless Core is adopted to avoid Hot Spots in Core legs.
The InterleavedIntershield DiscHelical Coils are adopted.Standard ribbon width, Use of single grade core material, A sophisticated process of manufacture & transformer cores, right from automatic cutting line & stacking machine, The stack is up righted so that it is resting on edge, The outer lap made to match up & protective sheet is closed with tape to prevent joints from opening.
