Working Principle : It is a shaft-less rewinder where operator has to load the core on in between the grippers resting and rewinding cylinder. Having hard structure and chrome-plated, rewinding cylinder offers easy and smooth functioning. Further, the machine consists of electronic counter that provides all the information regarding desired length to be produced, total production, total time taken, memory backup in case of power cut, accuracy level, and so forth. The meter can be programmed for automatic stop after the desired length has been produced. Our machine consists of A.C. frequency drive that permits adjustment of the speed of the machine thereby allowing increasing or decreasing production rate.
