We proudly introduce ourselves to you as a leading supplier & manufacturer of World-class Aluminium. R.Y. Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. is a premier aluminium extrusion manufacturing firm spread over 5 acre land in Ambernath. We provide aluminium profiles to leading industrial players in automotive, Architectural, Pharmaceutical, Modular furniture, Solar, Electrical conductors, Transport, Display Signage’s, Bus Body, Radiator, LED, Automation, Clean Room, Scaffolding & Formworks, Invincible Grills, Filter & AC Grill segments.

R.Y. Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. operates a three-million-dollar, one lac square feet, ISO certified, automated facility and is the closest aluminium extrusion plant to both Mumbai market and Mumbai port. We currently manufactSure all profiles of 6063, 6061 and EC alloys ranging from 5mm to 125mm cross sectional diameter.

Our Services:

1. Design And Planning – We design and plan final extrusions from samples or drawings as per customer requirements. We have partnered with a leading UK design firm to manufacture high quality dies with industrial strength.

2. Dye Correction Workshop – Using our experienced dye correctors we can achieve perfection on design of all dies.

3. Extrusion – We can provide all industrial and commercial sections between diametrical section lengths of 5mm to 125mm.

4. Anodizing and Polishing: We have an in-house anodizing process located in Dombivali which provides a wide range of anodizing treatment options, allowing us to provide end to end service. We also offer our customers polishing services prior to anodizing.

5. Powder Coating: We provide a wide variety of colour choices and additional properties such as anti-bacterial, anti-static and heat-resistant coats.

6. Lab Reports: We offer the choice to our customers to procure an alloy-test report to guarantee metal composition.

7. Logistics: At an additional rate, we offer our customers the choice to utilize R.Y. Extrusion logistics to ensure door delivery
