Extensively used in the manufacture of Aluminium Pesticide Bottles, Aerosol Cans, Pressure Cookers, Cans, etc., they have earned the trust of many leading brands. Though smelting, casting, hot-rolling, cold-rolling, heat-treatment, finishing and other rechnology, the heavy melting aluminium and an appropriate quality of alloying elements is processed to light nonferrous metal material which has the characters of fine luster, good looking, light weight, poisonless and smellessness, and it also has good propertles of transmitting electric current and heat, processing and corrosion-resisting

Surface Quality - Free from scratches, pit marks, rolling bands

Applicable Standards - ASTM - B - 209M, Aluminium association aluminium standards and data, our manufacturing limits (as applicable).

Packing - The circles are packed in boxes or pallets with interleave paper, polythene, foam / thermocol. Pallets and boxes are strapped with hoop iron and clips. Silica gel packets are placed in the boxes for moisture protection.

The sales of this product stood at Rs.30 Crores and now poised to reach Rs.50 Crores per year with the re-location of plant of Bhubaneswar to Baroda, the heart of Chemical Zone. The Bottles are exported to Middle East, South East and Europe previously. Now the company is making all the efforts to export these bottles into USA and other markets consolidating its position as leader in this particular segment of rigid containers, capacitor housings and non-ferrous cold forgings. Impact Metals Limited (Hyderabad), Impact Metal Parts (P) Ltd (Baroda) are involved in making Aluminium Containers and Cold Forgings.
The Group has diverted into Marine Biology, with an investment into prawn hatchery for production of 20 million post larve of Tiger Prawn. Unshaken by the traumatic experiences of the Industry, the hatchery has put in steady growth from 1995 to till date, winning the confidence of Aquaculture Farmers and now producing more than 200 million seed. The rapport developed with farmers is encouraging the management in proposing horizontal expansion with atleast another two hatcheries and vertical growth in going for feed mill, culture, processing and export of shrimp. The hatchery occupies front rank among 150 hatcheries in the east coast of India. Our hatchery has the distinction being the first to obtain ISO-9002.
