Duplast CC-RB is a resin based concrete curing compound. It is a solution of special resin, formulated for application to freshly placed concrete. It dries to form an elastic impervious film on the surface which ensures that the concrete remains as moist as possible during vital curing period. The film gradually disintegrates on weathering. Duplast CC-RB curing compound membrane replaces older methods, by virtue of its easy application, higher efficiency and saving in labour and material costs.

Method of Use

Duplast CC-RB has been designed to spray application to the newly laid concrete once the surface water has disappeared, a thin film of Duplast CC-RB is then applied to the whole surface using a hand operated spray gun or brush application. Stir well before use.
After application the area concerned must be protected from rain for at least 2-3 hrs.

Storage Life

Duplast CC – RB has a storage life of minimum 12 months in unopened container in dry condition out of direct sunlight.

Saftey Precautions

Duplast CC-RB is non toxic and does not normally require any special precaution while handling.

Fire : Not flammable.
It is advisable to wear goggles when spraying.
Inhalation of the spray should similarly be avoided.
Should excessive skin contact with the compound occur the area of skin should be washed with soap and water. If Duplast CC-RB comes into contact with the eye should be flushed with clean water for ten minutes. If irritation persists, medical attention should be sought.
