our processing method’s:
• we’re using automated controlled fruit ripening chambers for ripening of fruits, we’re unload the fruits from trucks into plastic crates then the crates will kept into the ripening chambers.
• we’re using automated fruit washers for washing of fruits.
• we’re doing tip cutting and shorting of fruits by belt conveyor.
• we’re using de-stoners for cutting fruits to avoid manual cutting.
• we’re using decanter for removing black specks and we’re using automated pre-heater and pasteurizer (spiroflow) for maintaining natural flavor while heating the pulp to 90⁰c.
• we’re filled the products and stored into constructed finished gudowns.
