Alloy billets, Available in Silver Colour, with High weather resistance anti scratch anticorrosion easy processing, installation High brightness and these extrusion bars are most commonly used for Building material, irrigation pipe for vehicle and Bench, such as furniture, elevator, fencing, etc. Casting aluminium billets happens in furnaces which help in Melting 6063 bars with a very high temperature, the aluminium bar is the most commonly used extrusion alloy today. The billets are available in a wide range of sizes from 4.5” aluminium alloy billet, 4.72” 6063 billet, 5 inch 6060 billet, 5.5 inch 6063 billet, 6 inch 6063 billet, 7” billet, 8 inch billet, 9 inch 6063 billet and 10” 6063 aluminium alloy billets in diameter. With a standard length of 5.8 meter It is our (unconfirmed) opinion that aluminium billets probably accounts for about 75% - 80% (by weight) of all aluminium extrusions produced.
