All in One Sewer Utility Vehicle for Industrial Use

The Ai1 SUV is a very well packaged machine which extends Whale Enterprises already established wide range of equipments for liquid waste and cleansing. This latest innovation, Ai1 SUV All In One Sewer Utility Vehicle is designed and developed specifically for the Indian sewers and drains.

  This Ai1 SUV is certainly an all rounder and is a multipurpose machine that suits for all types of municipal bodies, townships, sewerage boards. This machine can clear blocks, desilt open drains, manholes, suck out liquid waste and power rod without water.

   This machine will be a very ideal machines for any ULB which is going to buy its first sewer vehicle as it has a high power jetting machine, vaccum suction machine, Road Side Open Drain Desilting machine, Manhole desilting machine and a power rodding machine.  For ULBs which already have different types of  machines this machine will be a one stop solution for all type of maintenance requirements in sewers and drains.

The standard specification comes with jetting and suction. However over the remaining three machines can be added  or removed based on customer requirements as a modular type. The machine is rigid and stable and is truly versatile standing by its name Ai1 SUV

1).Jetting Machine:

    This saddle style tank optimises the packaging also incorporates anti surge baffles, sectional man access, piped external loading facility with surge protection and having an internal anti corrosive lining. The Jetting machine is designed to operate for an ideal running time of 12-15 minutes and the high pressure  water Jetting pump is of a triplex plunger pump type.

2).Suction Machine

        The vacuum suction machine comes within a rotary vane vacuum pump with 6 kelvar blades and the flow rate is designed to minimise the runtime af the pump and fill the tank in less than 3-8 minutes.

3).RODD Machine(Road Side Open Drain Desilting Machine)

        The scopping arm extends upto 5 feet  from the truck which gives a wider operating space and has four stabilizer jackes which provide the necessary stability and is highly rigid.

4).Grabbing Machine:

       The man hole desilting machine is well placed at the rear side to approach the manhole at the ease and is operator friendly. The hopper of grab is of a collective tank type for both RODD and Grabs.

5.) Rodding Machine:

      It is detachable and can approach any drain /sewer pipe without water supply . This also provides an option to take the equipment to other than road applications also public toilets dechocking       the drain of kitchen pipelines etc.
