Alfalfa, the queen of forages, is the oldest crop grown solely for forage. Alfalfa is a perennial plant which is a member of the legume family. Alfalfa has the highest feeding value of all common hay crops. All types and classes of forage-consuming livestock relish alfalfa, and perform well on it. Premium grades of alfalfa provide very high levels of crude protein, and also provide exceptional roughage value. Alfalfa is the ideal dairy feed . Its well known that the basis of the diet of many species of farm animals is grass. The basis of our animal feed is irrigated ALFALFA, tucked away in the budding phase - beginning of flowering plants at the highest protein content, carotene and nutrients in the leaf. Furthermore the protein, alfalfa contains many other useful nutrients, minerals, amino acids and vitamins for animal organism.
