AJ's Penne Pasta, Feature : Easy To Make

Ingredient

2 Cup Boiled Ajs Pasta, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion, 2 tsp Chopped Garlic,1 tsp Chopped green Chilies, 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes, 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum,2 Cup Tomato Juice a pinch of Chili powder, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp dry Oregano, Salt, 1tsp red Chili.

Method

Boil water (for 1 cup Ajs Pasta 5 cups water), add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and add Ajs Pasta. After Pasta' is cooked, remove from flame, strain and run cold water through it and keep aside. Heat oil (38 tsp) in a pan, and add Onion, Green Chillies and Saute the Onion till they turn golden brown, Add the Tomatoes and Capsicum and Saute on Medium Flame for 2 minutes. Add the Tomato juice, Chilli powder, basil, oregano and salt and mix well Cook For 3 min. on Medium Flame.

After that add Ajs Pasta and mix well so that the Sauce in Well Coated on to it and remove from flame, Serve hot and garnish with Chease and Chilli Flake
