AISI H-13/DIN 1.2344 Core Pins

Raga manufactures core pins which are classified in two categories broadly:

• Core Pins

Core pin or hole forming pins are subjected to high thermal stresses during the die casting process. It comes in contact with molten alloy till it solidifies.

• Jet Cooled Core Pins

Core pin with slender holes inside them to create coolong channels and jet coolers are inserted inside these core pins to facilitate the cooling process.

Raga has specialised manufacturing these customised jet cooled core pins where they are made as per customer drawings.
