Tolerable air velocity through mist eliminator, air quantity and intake louvers 2.5 m/sec determine the size of the Air Washer. Our air washer has 2m/sec velocity that results in the maximum cooling.
Rigid Media PVC Fill Air Washer (Poly Fill Air Washer)
Here, cooling media is PVC fill element size 600/1200mm x 300mm x 150 mm. After leaving Open space mist eliminator, with same PVC fill element 600/1200mm x 100mm x 150 mm, are installed for preventing water drops in cold air.
