    We are presenting our product for this all industries without any agglomeration and increasing the efficiency of their production with reusing their waste into final product in lower minimum conversion cost. Specially, In Air cool recycling Plant, Granules dry with air so, final product we can get with zero moisture.

    • Silent Feature
    • Air cool pelletizing machine is specially designed for blown film, cast film, and HDPE monofilament producers.
    • The force-feeding device helps to achieve a consistent flow of the material results in the equal shape of pellets.
    • These pellets are further transferred through spiral air jet for moisture less cooling and separation with minimum degradation.
    • The pellets made from the machine is 100% dry and can be feed directly to extrusion lines.
    • Extremely compact machine. (LXWXH – 3.5X2.5X2.5)
    • The average output of machine 40-50 kg/hr.
    • Helps to upcycle waste inform of film rolls (mono and multilayer), edge trim waste, rejected waste bags, D Cut, Punch waste of carrying bag, HDPE waste (Filaments & Fabrics).
