Details :

• To study the By Pass Factor of a cooling coil : Technical Specifications of the Equipment.

• Compressor :- ISI hermetically sealed compressor (1.5 Ton capacity).
• Condenser :- Fins and copper tube type Air Cooled condenser of capacity 1 H.P. has been provided in the unit.
• Condenser Fan motor :- One no forced draft fan motor of suitable capacity along with suitable capacity of fan blade has been provided to draft the air of condenser.
• Receiver :-  One no heavy duty sheet type receives along with valve fittings has been provided to store the liquid refrigerant to R-22 gas.
• Rotameter :- To measure the flow rate of R-22 in unit.
• Evaporator :- A air cooled evaporator is provided.
• Supply Duct :- A metallic supply duct is fitted containing DBT/WBT sensing probe and supply of steam for humidification.
• Boiler :- Boiler is fitted to standy to supply steam the effect of humidification.
• Heating Coil :- Heating coil is fitted inside the duct to study the process of heating.
• Control Panel Board :- The following controls have been provided on dull sunmica board.
• Main Switch, Voltmeter, Amp. Meter, Energy meter, Indication lights, Digital Temp Indicator, Suction gauge, Discharge gauge, LP/HP cut out, Expansion valve, capillary tube, Solenoid value, Filter dryer, Thermostat liquid line indicator.
• Base :- Heavy duty angle iron base has been provided in the unit to accommodate the condensing unit, sunmica board supply dull A/C body.
