Air Coils

We produce various types of bobbinless coils with and without bondable wires. These coils are produced in different shapes (round, elliptical, oblong, helical etc). We are proud to have produced the smallest possible air coil (ID 0.45 mm, OD 0.80 mm) used in catheters for the human heart. We are also currently producing air coils for the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for their space applications. Coils we make use wires ranging from 8 AWG / 3.2 mm dia to 54 AWG / 0.016 mm dia with varying thermal stability ranging from 105 ° C to 200 ° C.
