Airbag is used for human safety and Airbags are made of compact, plain woven fabric. Normally, nylon 6,6 filaments are used to make the fabric but nylon 6, Polyester are also used.

Air Bag Fabric is has fine thickness, Low fabric weight. High tenacity results in warp and weft direction , Good resistance to aging, Heat resistance, Good resistance to UV light, Low air permeability, Good Folding behavior of fabric. Commonly, the airbag made were coated by neoprene, but recently silicon coated and uncoated varieties have become popular. Coated airbag are generally preferred for driver seats.

The Company was the a pioneer in the domestic textile industry to introduce branding of its products in the year 1966. Their Consumer Fabrics marketed under the Brand name ELPAR became a pan India household name.
The Company was also the first to introduce Nylon Fabrics in India.
The company is a pioneer in the manufacture of Nylon/ Polyester/ Synthetic Technical Fabrics in India marketed as PARAGON SPECIALITY FABRICS which are supplied to various Defence Establishments and Industries since 1960s .

*Weaving synthetic fabrics deploying Water-jet Looms for weaving of fabrics, backed by
high speed warping machine and handlooms to create immediate swatch samples of
the fabrics designed.
*Processing of synthetic Fabrics (Bleaching , Dyeing Printing and Finishing ).
*Coating and Laminating fabrics with various finishes providing a complete range of
fabrics to meet specific needs.
*Testing synthetic fabrics for various parameters we have In-house Laboratory with certified calibrated equipments.
