AIC Ductility Testing Machine

We are offering ductility testing machine.the apparatus consists of a water bath having inner chamber made of aluminium and fitted with heater and a circulating pump to maintain uniform temperature. Temperature is controlled by a thermostat / digital temperature controller cum indicator.
one half of the briquette moulds is fixed on a fixed plate in the water bath and other half of the briquette mould is fixed to a carrier, which slides over a rotating threaded shaft with a clutch.
the motor and gears to rotate the shaft are housed in a cabinet fixed above the other end of the water bath. A pointer is fixed to the carrier moves over a scale graduated from 0 – 100 cm x 1 mm fixed on the bath with “0” (zero) of the scale towards the fixed plate side. The rotating shaft has two speeds of travel for the bracket, 50 mm / min and 10 mm / min, which can be selected by a clutch. Complete with three briquette moulds and one base plate, all made of brass. Suitable to operate on 230 volts, 50 cycles, single phase and ac supply.
the heating of bath will be controlled by digital temperature controller. The temperature will be indicated on the controller itself. Thermometer will not be required. Complete with test report and instructions manual.
