African Mango Extract 36:1 ratio (Irvingia Gabonensis) equivalent to 18,000mg per capsule, equivalent to 36,000mg per day (2 capsules).
500mg of extract per capsule.
Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose Shell.

Directions for Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before lunch and evening meals with a glass of water.
