Contact SupplierAerial Bunched Cables
LT Aerial Bunch Cable (ABC) is a type of overhead power cable that is used for distributing power from low voltage distribution lines to individual customers. These cables are made up of multiple insulated conductors twisted together to form a bundle, which is then covered with a weather-resistant outer sheath.
The LT Aerial Bunch Cable is a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional overhead power distribution systems. It reduces the cost of installing and maintaining power distribution lines as it requires less installation time, fewer poles, and less labor. Additionally, ABC can withstand harsh weather conditions and provide uninterrupted power supply, making it an ideal choice for both rural and urban areas.
At Relemac Technologies Private Limited, we manufacture LT Aerial Bunch Cables with high-quality materials to ensure optimum performance and reliability. Our cables are designed and tested to withstand extreme weather conditions, voltage fluctuations, and environmental factors. We offer a wide range of LT Aerial Bunch Cables in various sizes and specifications to meet the diverse requirements of our customers.
Conductor
Phase of lighting conductor : Hard drawn Aluminium H2 or H4 grade as per IS : 8130. Messsenger Conductor : Aluminum Silica & Magnesium Alloy used as per IS:398
Insulation
Relemac Technologies Aerial Bunched Cables are mainly available in XLPE applied by extrusion process.
Color Insulation
Relemac Technologies Aerial Bunched Cables are mainly available in carban black. Because the cable remains exposed to sunlight and environment.
FR PVC Insulation
FR PVC Sheath is preferred by many customers over the XLPE Insulation in case the cables are to be laid in high population density areas. The sheath retards the propagation of flame in case of fire and also restricts the fire to a big extent. The FR PVC Sheath generates lesser smoke and keeps the visibility proper.
