Research and specification
Initially our team would conduct a thorough study of the client company, which includes business needs and strategies, financial and market position, and company culture. Following which we would out etch out the key responsibilities of the role.
Development and placement of advertising
We co-ordinate with the client over the advertising copy and offer advice on advertising format/layout and creative content. Our experience helps our clients identify which publications would be best suited for openings that are required to be filled.
Response Handling
Once the advert is released we handle all aspects related to response generated by this means.
Each applicant is then assessed against a detailed brief with the best candidates being invited to attend an interview with one of our team of consultants, only after the most suitable candidates will be recommended to our clients for final interview.
We proactively manage the final interviews and offer process, ensuring a successful conclusion to this project.
As with any other search, we maintain a close working relationship with the client throughout the process, from interviewing to final negotiations.
