there is often a threat to the goods being transported that may be damaged by the harmful effects of moisture, even the containers are often found rusty or oxidated or the cartons may become soft and moldy, the goods being shipped become damp etc. Such problems have always cost too much. This is mainly because of two reasons: container rain & cargo sweat.
So we are providing here with a cost saving yet very effective solution to the moisture problem which helps in keeping the container dry during the transit. It can very well adsorb moisture and control humidity and dew point temperature below the actual temperature and thus prevent mildew and rust formation.
An environmental friendly product made up of fine quality natural clay minerals mixed with calcium chloride and some special chemical additives. It further undergoes several physical and chemical processes like reaction, granule making, sifting and drying.
Clay minerals offer high surface area and water adsorption properties, while the ca-ions greatly enhance the water adsorption capacity. It is round in shape and has special molecular structure, it holds the water molecules firmly within the pores inside the clay even on being saturated.
active mineral offers better adsorption capacity than silica gel yet the cost of the product is quite less than silica gel. The raw materials are natural minerals and no harsh chemicals are used during the manufacturing process making it absolutely an eco friendly product.
