we can also offer bacteriostatic activated carbon which is a silver or palladium impregnated carbon to remove color, taste and odor from water. It also avoids bacterial growth in carbon beds. It protects the filters and cartridges from being contaminated and extends the life of ion-exchange beds.
also note that we offer activated carbon with total microbial count as low as 10 cfu.
