Purification, decolonization & recovery technique. The Carbon atoms at the internal surface of Activated Carbon.

Exert an attraction ( Vendor waars force ) on the molecules of surrounding liquid & gas & fixes on to its pore walls.

This is the basis of mechanism whereby Activated Carbons may be used to remove one or more components from a mixture.

GRANULES – In GASPHASE adsorption, Granular Carbon is almost always used because the Pressure drop in the Carbon bed is of prime importance & Granular Carbon will allow sufficient flow with an acceptable pressure drop.

In LIQUID PHASE application both Granular & powered Carbon can be used .

DUE to SUPERIOR ADSORPTION HIGH DENSITY, LOW ATTRITION LOSS, use of Granules has resuited in increased service life, greater filter efficiency, fewer regeneration cycles & economy on Hardware costs.

Activated Carbon Granuces made from coconut shell charcoal is used when a single product or grade is being continuously treated in large quantities. Normally Granular Carbon can be regenerated which involves washing or burining off the impurities & restoring the pore structure.

Mercury Recovery – ( Liquid & Gases ), Catalyst Camier, Gas Masks Gas Purification, Solvant Recovery, Radio Active Iodides, Cold Storage Room & Air Condition, Kitchen Vapour ( Hoods ) Removal of Process Impurities, Separation of Isomer, Purification, Effeiuent Treatment, Gold Recovery .
