The Gypsum Plaster products which are regenerated porous gypsum stone are strengthened using natural fibres or encassing paper that goes in Gypsum Boards are likely to decay and the product toses its strength. Since 3000 years back when Egysian built their Pyrarnids with Gypsum Plaster in modern days the G.R.G. products are strengthened with high tensile prestressed glass fibres which will not decay or loosed its strength for years to come. There are various types of sound controlling panels in the market, but since last few years especially in Europe and Asian countries the construction and sound engineers prefer to use G.R.G. products for the various reasons. Other products such as Mineral Fibre. Wood Fibre or Gyp-board acoustic panels are likely to sag or wrap in short time due to weathering effects on binding materials or encassing papers. The G.R.G. products will not sag or wrap in long run. The deep perforation makes the panels more effective for various purposes including acoustic. Special features of �GYPSONITE� GRG. � Perforated � Acoustic Ceilings are stated below:Composition : �GYPSONITE� � GRG Calling tiles are mode from mineral gypsum, prestressed glass fare and hardener, resulting in light weight, strong and durable panels. Fully perforated tiles which can hide air ducts, speakers, mikes, fire alarms, sprinklers etc. are backed with isolating nonwoven membrane. Surface Finish :- The tiles are supplied normally unpainted in natural white finish it can accept any paint but prefer to paint with water base emulsion or acrylic paint. Dimensions :- It is designed for installation on standard 600*600 mm module exposed grid, In the range of periorated panels it can also be directly screwed on G.I.channels for monolithic look, almost seismic proof and economy. Weight :- As a guide, the weight for panels are apex, 4.0 kg per tile, but may vary depending upon mineral gypsum sources and designs. Fire Protections
