PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : It is a high-performance single component silicone modified epoxy resin, novel silanes & ultra-fine nano pigments based ready to use fast drying & self-priming highly acid, alkali, chemical, salt-water & corrosion resistant paint for all types of newly & old painted factory metal structures, shades, beams, channel, angels, purlin, checker plates, pipelines, storage tanks, pumps, motors, ETP tanks, machinery, staircase, cranes, battery rooms, equipments, sea shore marine areas as well as RCC (wall/concrete) surface etc.
Exceptionally, it is the best and ideal DTM (direct to metal) paint system to repeated metal painting as well as RCC (wall/concrete) repairs problem with its excellent resistance of corrosion such as highly acid, alkali and chemicals aggressive fumes, ammonia fumes, chlorine gas fumes. Beside its excellent U/v, weather, salt water & moisture resistant in marine area as well as harsh-environment for long-term anti-corrosive application.
It resists dry heat up-to 2000C with excellent resistant of corrosion for next 02*-03* years in highly-acidic/alkaline/salty area and non-acidic/alkaline/salty area at-least 03* to 04* year’s more with excellent results. It covers 60* to 70* Sq. Ft. area in per liter which is more than other two-pack epoxy, two-pack polyurethane or synthetic enamel for long-term chemical, salt-water & corrosion resistant application and cost wise economic too.
It saves time, costly primer cost, repeated purchased paint cost (for high chemical & salt-water resistant application), repeated structural painting cost, repeated labour application cost & repeated RCC (wall) repair cost with excellent result. After application it gives very hard, glossy finish on the surface without primer coat application.
