Ace

This model is designed for controlling the motor which pump water from
assured source of water i.e large underground tank to o.h. Tank or pumping ground
water to under ground tank/ o.h.tank :
wireless: no wiring from roof tank to controller unit
no external power source is required for transmitters
overhead tank transmitter is solar cell powered
scale and rust free level sensors.
display 3 levels of water of destination tank and indication for flow of water in tank.
starts motor automatically whenever water level in roof tank goes below 50% and stop
the motor when tank get full
dry run protection: if while running motor water flow in overhead tank is interrupted for
more then 2 minute it will stop the motor
high/ low voltage protection : if the supply voltage is out of range 170- 250 v it stops
the motor.
manual motor start switch provided. For starter based motor it can be started manually
as usual.
battery powered waterproof transmitter for underground tank.

variants:
ace oh1p: this variant is for single switch operated single phase motors up to 1 hp
which fills overhead tank.
ace+ oh1p : this variant is for single phase motors with starter panel for filling roof
tank.
ace+ oh3p : this variant is for three phase motors with starter panel for filling roof
tank.
ace+ ug1p: this variant is for single phase motor with starter panel which fills
underground tank.
ace+ ug3p:this variant is for three phase motor with starter panel which fills
underground tank.
ace+ dual: if there are two motors( single/ three phase) with starter panels , it
will run both motors alternatively to fill tanks.
Add-on- multi tank option: if one
motor is filling more then one tank
simultaneously, individual transmitters will
be installed for each tank. The controller
will start the motor if the water level in
any tank goes below 50% and keep
running motor till all the tanks get 100
filled. The controller will display the water
level of the tank which have least water.
For this system it is compulsory that all
tanks are fitted with ball-valve. This addon
is available in all above variants. It can
work for maximum five overhead tanks.
