Display shows the present Ton / Hour (TPH) capacity of the plant.

Display shows :-

	set percentage of each Bin
	Master setting.
	Set & actual aggregate TPH, percentage of Bitumen, percentage of filler.
	Actual percentage & kg/min of Bitumen and filler.
	Percentage of set moisture.

Total

Display shows

	total tones of Aggregate,
	total kg of Bitumen,
	total kg of Filler.

It also shows tones of Net mix material.

Temperature :- ( Microprocessor based Temperature controller)

Display shows actual temperature and set temperature of

	Bitumen Tank -1 temperature,
	Bitumen Tank -2 temperature,
	Mix material temperature,
	Aggregate temperature.

High temperature & Low temperature facilities will be provided by control of Nozzle of dryer burner.

Mimic System :-

Mimic display shows indication of running mode or OFF mode of any motor. Whether the plant is in running mode or not is varified from the mimic display.

Hopper Function ( Micro processor based ) :-

Setting of :-

	open time of Hopper
	close time of Hopper
	hold on time of Hopper

It also shows display of above parameter.

Hopper can also be controlled manually from feather touch control.

Printer:-

Wipro make printer will be provided.
Printout facilities will be provided for current material use for production.
In print out the following parameters will be printed.
