ABRASIVE CONFORMABLE TAPE

The foil backing allows the anti-slip surfacing to be hammered into shape for a perfect fit.
Can be used on factory walkways, ladders, construction equipment, trucks, ships and railways. 

After determining that the surface is clean, smooth and dry, remove the release paper from the underside of the tape ,to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive .Be certain that is in the proper alignment ,use foot pressure, vinyl wallpaper smoother roller or soft rubber mallet to bond the safety tread in place.

Ready To Use : The Anti-Slip Tape can be walked on immediately. Maximum bond of the adhesive occurs about 24 hours after installation. The Slip Guard conformable safety-grip abrasive safety tape is an ingenious non slip surface ideal for use on chequer or durbar plate, it comes in three industry specified colours; black, yellow orblack/yellow hazard, although we can make to any Pantone® or RAL colour on special request.

The conformable material for this abrasive safety tape is constructed from a soft aluminum foil base and then top coated with a thick spread of aluminum oxide grit.
Once the abrasive safety tape has been applied the conformable safety-grip adopts the texture of the durbar or chequer plate, as it is foil based it has no inherent memory so will not lift or rise off.As the conformable safety-grip material is non-plastic based it has a secondary use of being flame retardant, our product has been tested to certain Civil Aviation Authority specifications for burn testing
