Water, electricity and steam supply:
1. Water supply: build a well or use waste water
2. Electricity supply: install a 315kv transformer
3. Steam supply: install a 4tons boiler to supply steam to autoclave and curing room

Quality
We produce according to PRC standard GB11968-1997 “Aerated Autoclaved Concrete Block Technology”.
1. Capacity category: 500, 600, 700kgs m3 (namely 3.5, 5.0, 7.5 Grade)
2. Compression strength level: 3.5, 5.0, 7.5Mpa (namely 3.5, 5.0, 7.5 Grade)
3. Drying shrinkage: ＜0.8mmm
4. Thermal system: 0.11-0.22kcalm.h.centigrade
5. Sound insulation value: 47.45db

Main technical parameters

g. Curing time: 1.5-2.5 hours at 50-60℃

AAC block Main Advantage
a. Without any exhaust gas or waste residue, AAC block production process is in accordance with national environmental protection policy.
b. There is dedusting system for boiler gas and dust disposal which meets the requirement of smoke prevention and dust control.
c. Lime grinding workshop and material matching system will produce some dust. Technologically, dust collector is used to promote production environment and working condition.
d. Waste water produced and condensate water from ball mill machine can be recycled and reused. And acoustic treatment should be taken to reduce noise produced by ball mill machine.
e. Plant trees and grass around the new plant to beautify the environment.
