AAAC Cables

The conductor is made up of Aluminum Magnesium Silicon alloy which has a property of high electrical conductivity magnesium silicide which is an N type semi conductor and thus provides a mechanical strength to the overall conductor. The Aluminum alloy used confirms to the standard 6201.AAAC – All Aluminum Alloy Conductor has its versatile feature of providing high mechanical strength and high corrosion resistance and therefore improving strength to weight ratio.AAAC conductors are bare overhead conductors typically used for primary and secondary distribution. Due to its high mechanical characteristics, AAAC are typically used where improved sag is required under abnormal climatic & geographical conditions.
