conventional-castables:
thermo blaze a-k-c are scientifically designed ready mixed castable made from thermocast refractories�s hi-bond, a high purity calcium aluminate binder and selected hard burnt dense refractory grog. There refractory castables are hydraulic setting and can be in-situ cast or molded to any shape and also mixed for gunning of furnace lining.
we manufacture three standard grades namely thermo blaze-a, thermo blaze-k, & thermo blaze-c, there castables comes in packing of 50kgs, bags with polythene liners. The standard castable is well graded up to 5mm size and are packed dry for site mixing with recommended quantity of water. Water content for rodding or vibrating should be 12% to 15% by weight of the castable to obtain workable consistency.
