Incoloy Tubes & Tubing is an austenitic nickel-chromium-based alloy that is oxidation and corrosion resistant well suited to work in extreme environments of pressure and heat. When heated they forms a thick, stable, passivating oxide layer protecting the surface from further attack. Inconel Tubes & Tubing high temperature strength is developed by solid solution strengthening or precipitation hardening.
Incoloy 800 Tubes & Tubing are available at random lengths of upto 6 meter long or 20 feet long in Seamless / Welded / ERW. Incoloy 800 is mainly used in applications with temperatures up to 1100° F. This nickel iron chromium based alloy can withstand sulfur attack, internal oxidation, scaling and  provides excellent  resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. It is used in applications like heat exchangers, nuclear steam generator tubing, process piping ,carburizing fixtures and retorts etc.
