Potato Drying Machine

After cleaning the sliced potatoes into water, the excess surface water is removed in the potato drying machine or dryer machine which is a centrifugal system and removes approximately 30% to 40% of water enabling the potato chips, cassava crisp or plantain chips to fry properly in a Blaze Hydro Extractor machine.
The machine contains best quality stainless steel basket with a storing capacity up to 8 to 10 kg of sliced potatoes or cassavas (banana). Hydro extractor drum is rotated by a suitable electric motor provided with the machine.
