AAC Blocks produced from basic materials such as fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, water, and one of the world’s most abundant natural resources. AAC block is a very resource efficient and cost effective way to build. The high pressure steam curing in autoclaves achieves a physically and chemically stable product with the average weigh being approximately 20% of standard concrete. The volume of the block is 70-80% air content and comprises myriads so non-connecting air cells which, together with the solid structure of calcium silicate hydrates, give the material its incredulity diverse qualities. This composition is part of what prevents the passage of heat, sound and moisture through the block, reinforcing its natural efficiencies.
