in addition to capability to design, manufacture and supply of dry type electrostatic precipitator (esp) and bag filter, we have the requisite resources for providing services for following- 1] installation of dry type of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter for power plant, paper plant,sugar plant,steel plant ,copper plant, aluminium plant and cement industries for different manufacturer like elex (ets-elex),alstom,lurgi,clyde-bergemann,thermax and so on. 2] problem study and shutdown maintenance of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter. 3] preventive maintenance of electrostatic precipitator and bag filter.
so far our presence was limited to india. we have been giving services to many customers in pan india since 2009.
some of those are
a) replacement and problem case study of esp used in jk lakshmi cement,rajasthan. b) replacement and problem case study as well maintenance/rectification of biomass fired boiler esp in different sugar plants in india. c) replacement of internals of esp for power plant at wilmar renuka sugar ltd,haldia. d) shutdown and replacement of major internals of esp within a narrow time frame j k lakshmi. e) supply of spares like elex india,alstom india, lodge cottrell india,hamon research cottrell,ijt,thermax,gmr energy,hindalco and so on.. f) routine maintenance and modification of tr change over switch in hindalco-muri,hirakud and so on..
g) supply of spares & retrofit -shutdown service to vedanta group, odisha.
h) supply & service of spares of hindalco, muri .
