5 COMPARTMENT TRAY SEALER

The TS500 Tray Sealer may be used to seal laminated foil lid or a transparent plastic on the top of 5 compartment plastic trays. This machine may be used to seal seasoned food and are very useful for shops, restaurants, fast food, food delivery services, supermarkets home and factory. The temperature of the heating plate is maintained by a digitally controlled PCB. The sealing process requires the operator to set the desired temperature and then place the plastic tray inside the die and finally pressing on the handle which seals the tray. The machine is made of stainless steel body to prevent corrosion from spillage. This machine may be used for packaging mineral water, milk, ice cream, yogurt, fruit juice, ghee, oil, fruit pulp, perishable products, jam & jelly, sauce, pickles, honey, sweets, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals products , pesticides, liquid soaps, inks, adhesives, paints, grease & lubricants, blister packs etc.
