    Block stone Bricks with Fly Ash are manufactured in our most modern plant that produces Bricks of the highest standards. The process to manufacture the bricks is a continuous and automatic process starting from manufacture of concrete to production of Bricks by the Vibro- impact process. The state of art German technology ensures that the entire produce is of uniform quality that gives you the best value for your hard earned money. Fly Ash is added as per Clause 5.1.1 and/or 5.2.2 of IS 2185_1.
    Advantages  :

    • The size, shape and strength of each brick is uniform. The size is 230 x 110 x 77 mm + 2 mm and the crushing strength is greater than l0 Mpa.
    • Freedom from Efflorescence that results in peeling of paint from the walls.
    • Better insulation:   Due to hollow spaces, the walls so made with Block stone bricks offer a much better insulation.
    • Since Thermal Mass of Block Stone bricks is substantially lower than that of Clay bricks, Faster adaptability to the mechanical cooling/ heating saves considerable energy.
    • Save BIG on Brick Work : In comparison to clay bricks, up to 20% less Block stone bricks are used, resulting in sizable savings.


    How to use Block stone Concrete Bricks for best results : Block stone Concrete Bricks are used with the cavities facing down. This is required so that the cavities do not get filled up with mortar and remain hollow, which would provide better insulation from extreme weather conditions refer Fig. 1.
