The process to manufacture the bricks is a continuous and automatic process starting from manufacture of concrete to production of Bricks by the Vibro- impact process. Fly Ash is added as per Clause 5.1.1 and/or 5.2.2 of IS 2185_1.

How to use Block stone Concrete Bricks for best results : Block stone Concrete Bricks are used with the cavities facing down. This is required so that the cavities do not get filled up with mortar and remain hollow, which would provide better insulation from extreme weather conditions refer Fig. 1.
