Details

The mixer is driven by an imported planetary gearbox with 40 HP Electric Motor. The Mixer is lined with wear resistant plate (M.S.) from bottom & side. The batch size is 0.75 m3 & cycle time is 60 Sec.
A sturdy design chassis made from heavy duty steel structure.
4 Nos. of Aggregate Silo of 24m3 cap. total with Pneumatically operated Discharge gate below each silo.
A Weighing Belt conveyor of 800mm width with adequate drive unit to fed the material from aggregate bins to Turbo Planetary Mixer.
Electronic weigh Batching system for cement with PLC based control & with separate weighing hopper of 450 kg. capacity.
Electronic weigh Batching system for water with PLC based control & with separate weighing hopper of 300 kg. capacity.
