Constructional Features

• Rollers : Made of high grade cast iron. They are grooved in order to proper nib on sugarcane.
• Axles : Made of high grade carbon steel forced into the Roller under hydraulic pressure. They will not become loose even under most strenuous conditions.
• Gears : All gears are made of cast iron. They are carefully meshed ensuring noiseless and smooth running of the crusher.
• Bearings : Made of high grade gun metal. The bearing holders made of Cast iron can be adjusted by tightening bolts in order to make rollers or close to suite the size of the sugarcane.
• Side Plates : Made of high grade cast iron and carefully machined being very heavy in weight. They offer rigidity to the crusher and it tends to make the crusher safe and compact machine.
